With a full understanding of your new home brief, we can now begin to put this together with our design team and present back to your conceptual plans of your vision. If you have architectural plans drawn already, we give you an initial cost estimate to build your home.
This is where the behind the scenes work takes place. Any pre-contract soil testing and site inspections are carried out, so we can give you accurate advice and prices. Your plans will be finalised and presented to you, ready for the next stage.

Now that you’ve made all the decisions and confirmed your plans, we are ready to confirm this in a contract. Once the contract has been signed, we are ready to prepare for site and start to realise your dream.

Temporary fencing will go up and our site team will take over the project. If you are demolishing your old home, this will be done first otherwise we will start to prepare the site so the foundations can be laid.
The best part of our job is presenting to you, your beautiful custom home. We will give you a full tour of your home and explain how everything works. All you need to do is book the removal truck and move it.
We include a 3 month maintenance check with every new home, so you can be assured that everything works as it should.
